At Barong Warehouse, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our traditional Filipino attire and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your Barong or Filipiniana doesn't fit perfectly, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully fold the garment and place it back into its original protective packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
